Cancellation Policy
Photo Session Policy Thank you for choosing Big Box Photography LLC to capture your memories! We are dedicated to providing you with a personalized photography experience. Please take a moment to review our session policies below. Booking and Confirmation: All sessions are secured upon receipt of a signed agreement (if applicable) and/or payment of any required session fee (as outlined in your chosen package). Once your booking is confirmed, we will schedule your session date, time, and location. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our business, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellations Made Up to 48 Hours Prior to the Scheduled Session: You may cancel your session without incurring any cancellation fees. We kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of the Scheduled Session: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total session fee or package price. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled session without prior notification will be charged 100% of the total session fee or package price. Rescheduling: We understand that sometimes rescheduling is necessary. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to our availability. Rescheduling requests made with more than 48 hours' notice will generally not incur any additional fees. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to the 20% cancellation fee, which may be applied towards the rescheduled session at our discretion. Session Details: Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time. We will discuss wardrobe and any specific requests prior to your session to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Rescheduling due to weather will not have a fee of any kind and we will work together on a new date, time, (if applicable) location. Payment: Due in full before session. Refund: There are no post service refunds. We will accommodate reasonable requests for satisfaction. Image Delivery: You will receive photos via email through PicTime we will discus the processing time at the end of the session. By booking a session with Big Box Photography LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
